Elektronische Identitätskarte für Unionsbürger (eID-Karte)

Seit 2019 besteht für Unionsbürger und Angehörige des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraumes, die in Deutschland ihren gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt innehaben, die Möglichkeit, eine eID-Karte zu beantragen. Die Karte verfügt, wie auch der deutsche Personalausweis über eine online-Ausweisfunktion. Wer im Besitz dieser Karte ist, hat die Möglichkeit, Online-Dienste landes- und bundesweit in Anspruch zu nehmen. So kann u.a. eine Meldebescheinigung oder auch ein Führungszeugnis online beantragt werden. Umfangreiche Informationen zur eID-Karte findet man unter folgendem Link www.personalausweisportal.de.

Da das Interesse an der Beantragung einer eID-Karte in Haldensleben bisher nicht so groß war, möchte die Stadt Haldensleben mit dieser Information alle betroffenen Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner der Stadt Haldensleben nochmals auf diese Möglichkeit hinweisen. Für die Beantragung im Bürgerbüro wird ein Termin benötigt.  Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit, den Antrag hier online zu stellen.
